What Are Christmas Delivery Times?

To get your product in time for 25th December 2018 orders must be placed before 12 noon on Thursday 20th December. Ordering by this date should give Royal Mail sufficient time for delivery but we cannot guarantee delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather so we recommend orders are placed as early as possible.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All mainland UK orders will be shipped under our flat rate shipping cost of £4.95. We use a number of couriers and shipping agents and will select the most suitable option to fulfil your order. All orders are expect to reach buyer within 5 working days of purchase and tracking information will be provided as necessary.

Delivery to Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly will unfortunately incur additional delivery charges. Please note that al packages must be signed for on delivery, we cannot leave parcels unattended due to their value and contents.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently do not offer delivery outside of the UK. Please get in touch via the contacts section if you are based outside the UK and interested in our products.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All orders are expect to reach buyer within 5 working days of purchase.
This may change during peak selling periods but will be noted on the
website at that time.

What is Cancellations & Returns Policy?
We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

  1. You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  2. Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with
    any labels and packaging intact.

PLEASE NOTE. We will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. For faulty items we will resend a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost of your original delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Orders can be placed without an account but you will need to input required  shipping and payment information to complete. Having an account allows you to view order history and manage addresses and payment information.
